My wife loves sapphires and silver, so I figured this was a no-brainer for a Christmas gift. I bought one, gave it a brief examination without actually removing it from the little blue box, and wrapped it. Come Christmas morning, my assumption paid off: the moment she laid eyes on it, she was elated. However, when she went to try it on, we found that the latch was broken, rendering the necklace unwearable.
I first contacted the seller, [...], who said there was nothing they could do since the order was fulfilled by Amazon. On the Amazon.com return page, I found that this item could only be returned for a cash refund rather than a replacement since it came from a third-party seller. Kinda hokey if you ask me, but I guess that’s how its done.
In the end, I got the refund and ordered a second necklace, which my wife is wearing as we speak. Other than the ordeal that took place over three days, we’re satisfied with our purchase.

Dissappointed. The product image was clearly photoshopped to look shiny / reflect light. The actual product received is quite dark and you can not see details as in the photo. If you like dark blue gems, then you might enjoy this. But don’t buy it expecting it to look anything like the photo.

Well this is what it said it was. As another person noted it’s not as bright / sparkly as in the picture. The chain is crap so I would recommend getting a better one. I feel it’s a little over priced.
all and all It’s what I was looking for though.

Bought this for my girlfriend which matched her other Sapphire jewelry and she loves it! The picture is larger than actual item and not as sparkely as pictured. It is darker. But like I said it was the perfect gift! I enjoy shopping at Amazon!
