I love this necklace! The quality of the crystal as well as the chain far exceed my expectations! It looks like it cost far more than it actually did. I had a similar necklace as a teenager in the ’70s, and I am going to enjoy having a nicer version to wear as an adult. It arrived promptly and was beautifully packaged. I would buy from this retailer again.

I bought 8 of this necklace as a gift for my bridesmaids… Love the product – crystal heart is very good and the necklace is a shiny snake in sterling silver! but the store put a big scotchtape on the decent packaging on each box (which I plan to give it as is). Leaving a messy scratches from the tape :(

I gave this to my daughter. She loves it & gets compliments all the time on it. It is very classy & looks very expensive. The chain is a high quality SS. I like the way the small silver leaf covers the hole where the heart hangs. She & I are both very pleased with the purchase.

I bought this necklace a few days ago, and it arrived today. I was satisfied with the delivery. I plan on giving it to my girlfriend as a gift.
It came in a parcel box, that could have been a tad bit smaller, but I’m not really complaining.
Opened it up, and saw the box it came with, small and simple and elegant. I took out the pendant, and held it up to the sunlight, it looked beautiful. The colors from the crystal aren’t so nice as I thought it was, but once worn, I’m pretty sure it won’t be missed. Then, there was the clasp…. It looked fine, but then I was able to bend it… kinda bothered me a bit cause I thought the clasp on this particular necklace to be strong and sturdy, but I guess its not. So I fiddled around with it a bit to make it straight, but I was afraid it would break sometime soon, though those clasps can be replaced at some jewelry store or online, so I left it as is. The pendant is beautiful and worth what I paid for.
The Sterling Silver 18′ necklace, Very very elegant. It is very shiny but then, I find it quite fragile and it looks flimsy, just a bit worried that it might break. Better to replace that necklace with something thicker but together, (the chain and pendant) it looks very flawless.
I also found out that these can be made, but then again, the price was unbeatable due to the Sterling Silver necklace. At other stores, it would cost over $80 for a chain like that, yes it is flimsy and fragile, but hey, it works.
All in all, I am quite satisfied with the dealer, the price, and the product.
I would recommend this dealer to others.
Just remember to check the chain and Clasp on the pendant if you buy this, and if there are any needed replacements before gifting, order it up online replace it yourself, and there you go :].
