Serengeti Presa Polar Sunglasses,
I have been a Serengeti owner for the past 20 years and have loved the lens quality from day 1! I have been looking for a new pair of sunglasses for about 2 years and have a hard time buying a product like this without trying it on, so I have been reluctant to buy Serengeti’s because I can only get them online. Then I stumbled on these and with Amazons return policy, why not? So, I purchased this pair of Serengeti Presa Polar Sunglasses for myself for x-mas and could not be more happy. Serengeti has evolved and these lenses are much better than anything I have tried over the years. The exclusive Polar PhD lens technology is the best I have ever seen through. This is a spectacular pair of sunglasses!

ideal for driving,
For years I’ve been wearing, breaking and losing inexpensive brand x sunglasses at the beach and other sunny locales. But my Serengetis remained safely in my car for 14 years until the frame finally broke a couple of weeks ago (I think I dropped something on top of them.) I immediately replaced them with these Presa Polars, which are similar to my old pair but even better. Nothing I’ve tried comes close for driving use, especially in their ability to reduce glare but still allow excellent visibility. The Serengeti brand was originally recommended to me by my optometrist, and with good reason. The brown lenses may take some getting used to, but I think it’s well worth it. My only minor complaint is that the case is flimsier than the old one, which I’ll keep, of course. These will stay in my glove box for use when driving, which for me is when sunglasses matter most.

Good but bigger than you may think,
Great glasses with those great Serengeti lenses. They wer $60 less on Amazon than what I paid retail 10 years ago. The only down side is that they were much larger than the sport glasses model that I wore.
